Perhaps next time try purchasing an "As Seen on TV" products in a retail store like Bed Bath & Beyond (or Staples or even your local drugstore) so that if you don't like the item, it makes for easier returns. And if you get them in BBB, you can even use those 20% off coupons as well. Which I am sure is a small comfort with regard to your Wonder Hanger problems, but might be useful information for the future. It's a shame also because the darn things actually work.
