Hi Barbara,

So sorry to hear about your experience. Perhaps next time try purchasing an "As Seen on TV" products in a retail store like Bed Bath & Beyond (or Staples or even your local drugstore) so that if you don't like the item, it makes for easier returns. And if you get them in BBB, you can even use those 20% off coupons as well. Which I am sure is a small comfort with regard to your Wonder Hanger problems, but might be useful information for the future. It's a shame also because the darn things actually work. Thanks for the feedback and your input.

All the best,
Kristin

I purchased these hangers online. The TV add said $5.00, they charged my account $51.78. I got 2 boxes.
When I complained, their excuse was that they charged $31.80 for shipping and handling.....
If I return them I get a credit of $19.98. I will never, never, never buy any of these again. In store or online.......
